Hi, I’m Mike Lelivelt. PhD Geneticist and 25+ year career focused on product management & commercialization within the biotech industry focused on genomics & informatics. I’ve worked for biotech companies like Affymetrix, Ion Torrent/Life Technologies, Genomic Health, & Illumina. I’ve also taught Group Fitness at the YMCAs in San Francisco since 2018. I love Bodypump. I’m also an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco lecturing in their Master’s of Biotechnology Program.

While I was trained as a scientist, I had to grow many other skill sets to grow a career. I had to learn from many colleagues along the way. I’m grateful for their mentorship. My career development benefited from the experience of others and how they helped me through my struggles leveraging their wisdom. I will always hold a debt to them. Hugely valuable to me.
